Over 11 levels in 11 × 3-week sessions, you will learn to consciously move through your Aura, anchor yourself to your Earth Star, and open your Omega Chakra as a transpersonal space.

Each level includes: - an audio recording with energetic and spiritual background information - a guided meditation for direct experience - a symbol to support integration on a subtle energy level

You won't be "catapulted out," but rather familiarized with the realms you already inhabit.

At the end of the journey is an astral sphere initiation – not as a climax in the sense of "more," but as an anchoring of your ability to consciously move between levels without losing yourself.
